god this dragon guy is annoying. legit first fight i was so bored watching of this entire donghua. its like hurry up and die so we can move on lol. i guess because he already fought him and his powers are just boring and predictable. also tired of looking at 3 heads lol.
So I have a lot of complaints (more than just how bad BTTH has become overall), but the choices made for this episode are beyond poor. Firstly, pink has always been the sign of evil, aka in it that whoever had their abilities showcased in pink meant that they belong to the Hall of Souls, but now YX is just all pink crystals all over (whatever). Second, BTTH was one of the few donghua where they didn’t make new abilities make old abilities redundant. They still kind of try by at least showing more than one out of his large skill set. Now BTTH isn’t the only show that does this, but before you could predict how YX would fight and what moves he had (MC just sucks now). Lastly, dragons are transformed into human form, so why are their souls still in human form? Not only does this show make choices that logically don’t make sense, but it’s just getting lazier and lazier. The move to not make the dead dragon clan souls not look like a dragon (as that actually would have been cool, seeing YX inside that orb attack surrounded by thousands of dragon souls. TL;DR – I’m angry cause I’m sad, and I’m sad cause I’m angry.
