Six thousand years ago, the Demon Emperor Fengxiu and the seventy-two pillars of the demons descended from the heavens. Any creature that came into contact with the aura emitted by the demon pillars would immediately mutate into a demon creature, plunging humanity into a dark age. Subsequently, human strongmen self-organized into the Six Great Temples to halt the advance of the demons, gradually establishing a situation of coexistence between humans and demons. The protagonist, Long Haochen, joins the Knight Temple, one of the Six Great Temples, in order to save his mother and becomes a knight. Through a series of adventures and growth, he encounters miracles, schemes, and fateful love and friendship. Long Haochen upholds the knight's spirit and, through his own character and efforts, earns the recognition of others. He first joins forces with other talented youths from the Six Great Temples to form the "Number One Demon Hunting Squad" and fights against the demons, striving for the survival and dignity of humanity. At the same time, he is willing to sacrifice his life to protect his comrades and his most cherished loved one. As the world's situation changes unpredictably, more conspiracies are brewing, and deeper secrets await him to uncover. In the end, will Long Haochen be able to win the recognition of the Divine Seal Throne, ascend to the highest honor of the Knight Temple, and face the moment when all truths are revealed? Can he resolve the world's greatest crisis? Everything remains to be unveiled.
So this donghua has finally ended. There was a lot of cringe moments and poses, but it was decent watch.
Probably a 7/10 donghua and the high animation budget visuals were carrying it because the story was less than mid.
Demon Hunter is like the superior version of this, this is like a Disneyfied version.
But oh well , onto the next donghua.
Well, for me, it was a 5.5 or 6/10, and yeah, it was mostly the high-budget animation that carried it.
Story was for 6 yo kids.
Yeah perhaps I was too generous , 5.5-6/10 seems more accurate
And there was lot of cringe and “Power of love/friendship” BS troupes too
I’d give this a 9/10. Yeah, there were some cringe moments and times when I thought it was dragging on, but compared to greats like Soul Land, Renegade Immortal, and Way of Choices, the story really held its own.
The character backgrounds, the deaths, the revivals, and the constant twists were all well-done. Now, here I am, finally witnessing their beautiful wedding.
Me habría encantado una historia completa para Yi Lai Ke Si, pero bueno al menos sale en Soul Land 2.
